Once again, Lis Wiehl spins a tale of drama and intrigue, mystery and suspense. She does well keeping the story interesting while dropping enough tidbits of information to keep the reader wanting to read more. I hope you have a day off to finish reading this book!
Mia Quinn is still working as an attorney trying to put away the bad guys while dealing with her new role as single mom. Her son is struggling to be the man of the house and tries to become a man in a way that is not so legal. Mia has to make some tough decisions and face some difficult situations.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and look forward to the next installment in the Mia Quinn Mystery Series.
Booklook Bloggers provided me a free copy of this book in exchange for this review which I freely give.
